I went into the store expecting to just look for a mattress and was a little overwhelmed. The store manager, Paula came right over and offered to find my exact feel for a mattress and was able to find something in my price range. She was very patient while I tried deciding what I liked. I didn't think I was going to find anything but I walked out with exactly what I wanted. Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend!

Purchased a bed than found it cheaper online. Went back and the greatest customer service rep and manger gave me a better mattress at a Cheaper price. I seen it on line for a reduced rate and Raymond and guy the district manager gave it to me without issue at the internet price... I will recommend everyone I know to go here their honest and prompt to help in any way.

Paula at the Shirley location provided timely and helpful advice regarding the purchase of a new mattress. She let us know all the important information regarding the products we were looking at. Paula was extremely attentive and she listened to all of our concerns with a great deal of patience. I was very thankful that she explained which products would suit our needs best. She had a caring approach and she is a true professional. Please accept my gratitude towards her and the delivery personnel for their speedy and efficient services. We were able to pick out a bed the same day able to complete the transaction within minutes (and at a great price!). Thanks to her attentive and alert presence we were able to sleep comfortable within a day.
Update: I got the delivery and they left my old box spring outside my door after I asked they take it. And the store will not answer the phone so they can come back and get..... Very pissed at this time
