Zero customer service! After reading a few reviews there is also another customer who agrees with me who was apparently there a few months ago .
So I live in the neighborhood and this was my first time there. I had a few packages to drop off.. I figured I would be in and out. Now if you're reading this review and you have "clear packaging tape" at home then you must be very rare and special...
I bring this up because the manager (Elizabeth) said to me the tons of scotch tape that I put on wasn't good enough and I had to purchase packaging tape at two dollars a box for them to ship it .. I said to her .. r u kidding? I've never had a problem with UPS ever.. I had several boxes to ship so that was ridiculous. So I immoderately left the store I went to the UPS in Holtsville and what do u know...
