Very slow with customer service
They need more help with customer service. Each customer takes 20 min each and they only have 1 working at a time with 8 empty office's. God forbid there is 3 customers in front of you. This has been on 3 separate occasions.
The bank of America in Shirley has continuously provided excellent customer service and has been very helpful as far as my personal as well as business banking needs have been concerned. Joe and Alicia particularly stand out as excellent representatives of the establishment.
Staff is professional and courteous.
It's not my personal bank but I went in to complete a transaction for my sister. And you have to walk in because there is no drive through. Parking is ok, reasonable. When you walk in you have to weave through the customers on line for the ATM. Poor placement for a bank that encourages ATM banking because for the rest of us that like to or have to use the counter you can not even get into the door. At the teller area there is a tiny counter with two slots for deposit/withdrawal slips. Only two people can be there at the same time. The two tellers really acted like they didn't want to be there AT ALL! I can't imagine how beat up they get all day long. In just the two times I was there there were disgruntled customers. Why anyone banks there is beyond my comprehension.
